Today I spoke to my mama and papa about my brother and his girl friend and the plans of my brothers girlfriends family and their plan for brothers to get married. My papa and mama understand why the girls family wants my brother to get married and my papa said he will talk to my brother to see what he really wants but if he loves the girl then maybe it is time for him to be honest to the girl and marry her like the girl wants and her family. My mama and papa said that I do a good job representing them to the girls family. I feel very proud when they say that.
I also spoke to my brother again and although he still not happy with marriage next year I can tell he loves the girl and is slowly coming to the realization that if he loves her and wants to continue their relationship then he will have to be responsible and get married. He told me he not happy but he does not want to lose his girlfriend and he did plan to marry her so maybe a little early will be ok.
